• Date of Birth

• Current Address  (Street Name, House or Flat Number, City and Country)

• Telephone Number

• Language

• Education Background

• Tick if you have any objections about the organization/agency making inquiries to your present/last employer.

• Field of Expertise

• At least one employer and total salary received/receiving from them

• At least one reference

• Preferred length of stay in Afghanistan

• Availability

• At least one "How did you learn about ARTF ExS programme..."
