Placement of Candidates

Placement of Afghan experts within the Afghan administration will focus on: public health, education, higher education, rural development, agriculture and energy and natural resources, telecommunications, commerce & industries and private sector*, banking, finance, civil service, women’s affairs, urban planning and development, public works, planning, and water resources, irrigation and environment, justice, transportation, and other ministry’s administration section.  These focal areas have been identified in consultation with key ministries and donors.
*the term private sector refers to stated owned enterprises that have been or are in the process of privatization
